A. Once the CAPP requirements were built for a school we scheduled a training session with that schools advisors. They were trained and did some testing on the spot. If there were errors, we fixed them immediately. The advisors then had 2 weeks to test and report any errors they found. After the errors were fixed, someone from each school would sign the template stating that CAPP was functioning as it should be. These documents were then scanned into our imaging system.
