New Policy:
As users of the Curriculum System, you are aware
that the departments are unable to either add or
modify courses after the ‘department deadline’.
Changes to courses and classes after the
deadline must be done by this office, where we
are not as intimately involved in the academic
structure of each department. In an effort to
have consistency, appropriate input and
documentation outside of the normal timeline, we
are instituting a new policy that will require
the completion of the attached form when a
course is to be added or changed after the
deadline. The Associate Deans are aware of the
necessity of this new form.
