Accreditation:
UAB is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award degrees at the baccalaureate, master’s, specialist’s, and doctoral level. Many academic programs have additional accreditation from organizations appropriate to the particular academic discipline involved.
